Frequently asked questions
Everything about tracking, shipping, accounts and claims. Can't find it? Ask our team.
Your tracking number is printed on the pickup receipt and shipping label, and included in the confirmation email sent when the shipment is registered. It starts with SCT followed by 10 digits, for example SCT4820193756.
Every stop is logged by our operations team as the shipment is scanned at hubs, ports, airports and road checkpoints. Updates typically appear on the tracking page within a few minutes of the scan.
Completed stops are behind the shipment. The Current stop is where it is right now (or the last place it was scanned). Upcoming stops are the planned route ahead. The overall status (Picked Up, In Transit, Customs Clearance, Out for Delivery, Delivered…) summarises the journey.
First check for typos: the number contains only letters and digits. Newly registered shipments can take up to 30 minutes to appear. If it still cannot be found after that, contact support with your receipt and we will locate it.
Long legs such as ocean crossings or intercontinental flights can take several days between scans. If a stop shows "On Hold" or "Customs Clearance", the note on the tracking page explains why and what happens next.
Express courier (same-day / next-day), air freight, sea freight (FCL and LCL), road haulage, rail freight, warehousing and customs brokerage. Our team will recommend the best combination for your route, budget and deadline.

Automatically, by email. When you create an account with the same email the shipment was addressed to (as sender or receiver), it appears on your dashboard immediately, including shipments registered before you signed up.
Make sure you registered with exactly the email given to the shipper. If the shipment was registered with a different or misspelled email, contact support and we can update it.
Sign in and open My Account to update your name, phone number and password. To change your email address, contact support so your shipments stay linked.
Every shipment is covered against loss or damage up to its declared value at no extra cost, subject to our Terms. Additional coverage for high-value cargo is available on request.
Report damage or loss within 7 days of delivery (or the expected delivery date) through the contact page, quoting the tracking number and including photos. Claims are usually settled within 14 business days.
